Refund & Cancellation

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Fundedbit, operated by Fundedbit L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates — Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E., License Number 2530279.01 and Formation Number 2530279.

Customers may request the termination of their Trading Account at any time by contacting support@fundedbit.com. Submitting a request to cancel the Trading Account will be treated as a request to terminate the contractual relationship with Fundedbit. Upon termination, the Customer will lose access to all services provided by Fundedbit, including but not limited to the Client Dashboard and Trading Platform.

Once the request is received, Fundedbit will confirm receipt via email. At that point, the contractual relationship between the Customer and Fundedbit will be considered terminated.

Non-Refundable Fees

All fees paid for evaluation programs, challenges, or other services are non-refundable once the Customer has received access to the trading account credentials.

If the Customer violates any trading rules or program conditions and has been notified of such violation, Fundedbit reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services, including the Client Dashboard and Trading Platform, without compensation. In such cases, the Customer is not entitled to any refund of the fees paid.

Account Activation

After payment for a selected program or service, the Customer will receive trading account credentials via the registered email address or through the Client Dashboard.

The account is considered activated once the credentials are delivered to the Customer.

If the Customer is considered a consumer under applicable law, by opening the first trade, the Customer expressly acknowledges and requests that Fundedbit complete the services before the expiration of any withdrawal period, which may affect the Customer’s right to withdraw from the contract.

Account Inactivity

 

If the Customer does not activate or access the trading account within 90 calendar days from the date the credentials are issued, the account may be suspended.

The Customer may request reactivation by contacting support@fundedbit.com within 30 days after suspension. If no request is submitted within this period, Fundedbit reserves the right to terminate the services without any refund of the fees paid.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If a Customer files a payment dispute, chargeback, or similar complaint with their bank or payment provider regarding the paid fee, Fundedbit reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Customer’s access to all services.

If a Customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, Fundedbit reserves the right to:

  • immediately terminate all accounts
  • permanently ban the Customer from the platform
  • share relevant dispute information with payment processors

Credential Delivery Guarantee

If the Customer does not receive trading account credentials within 24 hours after completing registration and payment, the Customer may contact support@fundedbit.com to request assistance.

If the credentials cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, the Customer may be eligible for a refund.

Once trading credentials have been delivered, all fees become strictly non-refundable, including both full and partial refunds.

Abuse of Refund Policy

Fundedbit reserves the right to refuse refunds or services if fraudulent activity, abuse of payment systems, or violation of company policies is detected.
