All trading occurs on demo accounts using simulated market data.
No live funds are traded at any stage. Any payouts issued by Fundedbit are performance-based rewards, not profits derived from live financial markets.
All content on the Site is owned or licensed by Fundedbit.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for participation in evaluation programs.
By using the Services, you grant Fundedbit a perpetual, royalty-free license to store, process, and analyze all trading activity generated through our systems for:

Evaluation rules, parameters, risk limits, and drawdown requirements are shown in the user dashboard and form part of these Terms.
Any rule breach results in:

Fundedbit may suspend, modify, or terminate accounts without notice in cases of:

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, platform stability, or error-free performance.
We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by third parties, outages, or force majeure events.
Fundedbit operates a zero denial payout policy. Payouts will not be withheld unless one of the following conditions applies:
If fraudulent activity is identified after a payout-eligible period, the Company may process the payout and then permanently terminate the account.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The language of any proceedings or dispute resolution shall be English.
Fundedbit may update evaluation rules, payout conditions, or operational processes at any time.
Updates apply to all active and future evaluations.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated rules.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in:
immediate termination of all accounts
permanent ban from the platform
sharing of relevant dispute information with payment processors
Payment Settlement by Odeonpay ALE S.R.L (“”Paysagi””) ” The Supplier is Fundedbit L.L.C-FZ. Payments are settled via Odeonpay ALE S.R.L. (“Paysagi”), acting solely as Merchant of Record for transaction settlement purposes. Paysagi is not the supplier of the goods or services. Payment settlement is subject to Paysagi’s Terms of Use, available at https://paysagi.com/terms-of-use/, which are presented to customers during the payment process.
